Robert F. Shea is a senior consultant for Carter Research a strategic advisory and operations consulting firm to the education industry. As the founder and current President of Shea Consulting Services, Bob has worked with schools, religious orders, and school systems throughout the United States, Europe, Australia, and Asia. Across his career, Bob has served as a Catholic high school teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, and President.

Bob holds degrees from La Salle University and the University of Notre Dame and has done post-graduate work at Villanova University, Texas Christian University and the London School of Economics. His articles and audio-tapes on various topics of leading change, culture, planning, and education have been published by the United States Catholic Conference, St. Mary’s Press, Voice America Radio, and Business Week.

Bob is a frequent presenter at national and regional convocations of various educational and fund-raising associations throughout the United States. He and his bride live in Dallas, Texas.
